Al and Joyce Alder
Joyce passed away after a long battle on November 19th. Alfred (Al) passed unexpectedly hours later. They were married on July 8th, 1973.
Joyce was always impeccably dressed. Her clothes were always new, her nails were always painted and she always had to have the tallest beehive hairdo. Her house looked and felt like walking into a showroom. Joyce worked for Maple Hills Realty for many years and made a lot of dear friends while there. May you soar on the wings of an angel in peace. Joyce was 83.
Al was born on Thanksgiving and was excited to be turning 81 this Thanksgiving Day. Al always had a smile on his face. If you didn’t have an hour to spare you shouldn’t start a conversation with Al, especially about politics or extraterrestrials. After serving in the US Army, Al earned his pilot wings in 1968 and continued to fly most of his life. Al loved flying, trapshooting, collecting coins and guns and ending his evening with a rum and Tab. Fly high my dear friend.
