Alva Justin Young

Alva Justin Young Jr, 77, passed away at his home on March 24, 2016 in Ogden, Utah. Alva was born to Dorothy and Alva Justin Young Sr., in Ogden, Utah on July 8, 1938.

 He is survived by: Barbara Townsend, daughter;. Dawn Marie Neddenriep (Johnny), daughter; Michael Young, son;. Irene Berta, sister;.  7 grandchildren (Christopher Sanchez, Amber Townsend, Skylar Henderson, Travis Young, Ashley Young, Shane Allen, and Des Young) and 11 great -grandchildren.

 He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Sharon; and son, Tracy Henderson.

Alva served with honour as a flight engineer and ship's librarian in the Navy, before moving to the private sector. Al finally retired from Waste Management after a long career as a mechanic in the aeronautics and construction industries.

Al enjoyed spending time with those he cherished, old western movies and sharing his knowledge with his children.

All arrangements are being handled by Aaron's Mortuary, in Ogden, Utah. In keeping with the wishes of Alva there will be no funeral services.
