Anna Ruth Cutts/Curry passed away peacefully in her sleep Dec 9th from complications of bladder cancer. Anna was born Nov 21st 1935 in Los Angeles, California. She a daughter of Larry and Martha Cutts.
The family moved to Utah while Anna was young and she remembered living in a tent city by the Weber River for a while before moving to the original army housing on L Court in Washington Terrace.
She was a member of the Methodist Church and graduated from Weber High in 1954, attended beautician's school and was a hair stylist for a number of years. Her real passion was helping others and worked as a nurse's aid at various hospitals and care centers. Anna lived a good deal of her adult life in the Carson City/Lake Tahoe area where she enjoyed camping, swimming and just being in the out of doors.
She is survived by her brother John Cutts, niece Koreeanne Cutts and children, niece Morgan Sheppard and nephew Brandon Cutts. Anna is preceded in death by her parents Martha and Larry Cutts, Aunt Pauline who was like a second mother to her, and her first husband Roy Peterson, her second husband Bob Curry and her life partner Rick.
After being separated for a long time it was a little bit of heaven for her family and friends to have her back again.

A celebration of Anna's life will be held on Tuesday, December 16th from 6-8p.m. at Aaron's Mortuary & Crematory 1600 Washington Blvd. Ogden, UT.
Cremation is under the direction of Aaron's Mortuary & Crematory.
