Barbara Ann Hales

Barbara Ann Hales, 56, of Ogden, Utah passed away December 8, 2009 of pancreatic cancer. She was born September 25, 1953 to Donald A. and Luceil McFarland Hales.

She attended Weber City Schools and graduated from Weber High in 1972. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

Barbara was a very compassionate and giving person and loved all kinds of people-but especially her family, nieces and nephews. She was happiest when the family was together, for any occasion birthdays, cousin parties, Camp Beaver - but she especially loved Christmas.

She is survived by her mother and stepfather, Luceil and Don Prince, No. Ogden, stepmother Ranel Hales, Blackfoot, ID. brothers; Donald (Robin) Hales, MT., Jim (Nancy) Hales, Plain City, UT., Steve (Laurie) Hales, Harrisville, UT., Adam (Morgan) Hales, Blackfoot, ID., Jay (Laura) Hales, Riverton, UT., and sisters; Susan Stewart, No. Ogden, Karen (Craig) Ames, Pleasant View, Lynette Smith, Harrisville and Kaylee (Ted) Garling, Blackfoot, ID.

Barbara was preceded in death by her father Don Hales, grandparents; Glen and Florence McFarland and Wildon and Lucille Hales.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 12, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. - Lindquist North Ogden Mortuary, 2140 N. Washington Blvd. Ogden, UT. A viewing will be held one hour prior to the service.

Interment will be in Ogden City Cemetery.

Arrangements are under the direction of Aaron's Mortuary & Crematory, 1600 Washington Blvd.
