Beverly Ann Hoff

Beverly A. Hoff, 89, of Ogden, Utah, passed away on Saturday, April 6, 2024, at Ogden Regional Medical Center following a brief illness.
 
Bev was born on July 10, 1934, in Sidney, Montana.
 
She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Delores Rupp of Escondido, CA; her sister and brother-in-law, Donna and Ralph Hutcheson of San Diego, CA; her brother, Gary Rupp of Billings, MT; and her son, Michael Hoff of Billings, MT.
 
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Michelle and Andrew Novotny of Ogden, UT; her granddaughter, Annabelle "Bee" Novotny of Ogden, UT; and numerous nieces, nephews, and their families.
 
Bev was a life-long native of Montana until 2022, when her daughter, Michelle, helped relocate her to Ogden, UT. She worked and retired from the Billings Gazette. After retirement, she remained close with several friends that she worked with at the Gazette.  She enjoyed traveling and spending time with the Red Hats club.  She loved her monthly lunches with friends.  She enjoyed spending time with her brother, Gary, and going for scenic drives throughout Montana.
 
She will be remembered for how much she loved Montana, her family, her faith, her sense of humor, her strength and tenacious spirit, her love of reading, her numerous adventures across the United States and overseas to visit family, her travels with close friends, listening to music, her love of red wine with dinner, and completing daily puzzles on her iPad.  There are so many cherished friends and relatives in Bev's life.  She will be greatly missed by them and her immediate family.
 
Cremation has taken place. Her final resting place will be in Red Lodge, MT.  Safe journey, Mom.  We love and miss you so much.
