Billy Wayne Higginbotham

Billy W. Higginbotham, 66, passed away Saturday, October 5, 2019 at his home surrounded by family. Bill was born June 7, 1953 in Saint Louise Missouri, to Billy Ray and Mary Jane Higginbotham. He was married to Leslie Jones, the love of his life in 1990.

He served in the US Air Force, retiring as a Master Sergeant in 1992. He settled in Ogden, Utah where he was an avid outdoors man who loved camping, 4wheeling, hunting, and fishing. He loved his music loud and his jokes dirty, he had a very contagious smile and laugh.

Bill is survived by his wife Leslie Sue Higginbotham, Ogden Utah; mother, Mary Jane Higginbotham, Melbourne FL; sisters, Debbie Price, Melbourne FL, and Kim Wurth Affton MO; children, Young Bauer (Doug) Gilbert AZ, Billy D Higginbotham (Katie) Orlando FL, and Megan Hotchkiss (Ryan) Ogden, UT; Grandchildren, Noah, Emma, Rylan, Kalia, Kaison, Zaiden, Max, and Nia. Bill was preceded in death by his father, Billy Ray Higginbotham.

Cremation services by Aaron’s Mortuary & Crematory. A wake will be held next summer with all family and friends welcome.
