Carole Meretta Warner

January 13, 1942 — August 11, 2016

January 13, 1942, a little devil of an angel was born in Logan, Utah to Lyman Perkes and Fern Kendrick Perkes; they named her Carole Meretta.

At two years of age, the family moved to Ogden and Carole grew up attending Ogden City schools. At 17, she married Jack E. Warner and in January 2016, they celebrated 57 years of marriage. Carol was the glue that made it work.

After an undetected medical problem, Carole passed away 11 August 2016. She is survived by her husband and 3 of her 6 children - Cindy Jones (Kelly), Steven (Pauline), and Cristine Loll (Damon); 3 brothers - Leon, Brent and Ronald, and 4 sisters - Kathy, Annette, Karen and Sandy; 14 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and an extended family filling out the roster.

Her parents, 3 sons - Russell, Mike and Kyle (who died at birth), along with 2 brothers, Gerald and Craig, proceeded her in death.

Carole was caring, loving, helpful and an aide in nursing homes for 30 years and also delivered Meals on Wheels as a volunteer.

She loved her family, people, and life. She will be missed by all who knew her.

Dear Carole, "God be with you till we meet again."
