Charles (Chuck) Gene Domingez
Our beloved brother, uncle, step-dad and friend went on his last Harley ride April 11, 2023
Chuck was born in Ogden, Utah July 26, 1941
He attended St. Joseph Catholic School, his senior year he transferred to Ben Lomond High School so he could graduate with his neighborhood friends.
Chuck had several careers throughout his life; however, he enjoyed his time with Mountain Fuel the most. He made many friendships there and has remained close to them over the years.
Chuck marries Joan Saunders they later divorced. He had a long-term relationship with Sandy Phipps helping raise her four children.
Chick was an excellent billiard player, playing on many pool leagues, winning numerous trophies. Chuck loved to listen and dance to music he even got to appear on The American Bandstand Show in the early 1960’s. he liked going to Wendover, Jackpot and Fort Hall to play the slot machines with his family and friends.
Chuck would always say “Let’s Ride” he enjoyed taking his Harley for long rides especially when his step-son Shaun would come along. They had a very special bond. Chuck was also a huge Elvis Presley fan, and collected many of his memorabilia. He loved sharing the story of when he got to personally meet Elvis in Las Vegas, Elvis shook is hand and gave him one of his Tiparillo cigars.
Chuck is survived his sisters and a brother-in-law: Darlene Stain and Debbie (Gordon) Taylor, step-children: Kathy, Debbie, Shaun, Darla along with nephews and nieces: Rocky, Ricky, Billy, Dena, Starlene and Amy. Very special friends: Vickie and Merrilee.
Graveside Service will be held Friday, April 28, 2023 at 10 am at Ogden City Cemetery.
