Cheryl Dawn Price-Smith

Cheryl Dawn Price passed peacefully in her sleep on Tuesday, January 26, 2010, surrounded by her loved one's. She was born June 4, 1960 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Don R. and Nola Hardman Price.

Her memory will be kept alive by those she leaves behind her father Don Price, brother Brent Wayde, daughter Sarah Dawn, son; Mathew Dean (Jamie Sue), daughter Jenny Lynn, and grandchildren; Wesley, Zachary, Sarah Nichole, nephews; Josh Wayde, Anthony Aaron, and Ashley Lynn.

She was met in heaven by her mother Nola Rhena, sister Toni Rhena, and brother Randy Blake.

The family would like to give an extra special thanks to Sarah Dawn, Reba Hardman, and Barbara Wilson for the extra hard work you did, we love you all.

We love you and miss you Mom!

A celebration of Cheryl's life will be held on Saturday, January 30, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. Lorin Sarr 1st Ward, 480 - 7th Street Ogden, Utah. (one block east of Washington Blvd.)

In lieu of flowers contributions would be appreciated to help offset funeral expenses, please contact Jenny Underwood.

Cremation will be under the direction of Aaron's Mortuary
