Clarence passed away at Mt. Ogden Care Center in Ogden, UT. He was born to James Lee and Dixie Stacy McCollum.

Inurnment will be in the Veteran's Cemetery in Riverton, Utah.

Cremation is under the direction of Aaron's Mortuary & Crematory.
