CLIFFORD JAMES WARD

Clifford James Ward Passed away February 5, 2011 in Ogden, UT.

He was born May 5, 1936 to Beulah Sanders and JE Ward in Brookings, SD.

Cliff married Janice Hammer October 21, 1959 in Brookings, SD. He Joined the US Navy Seabee's, was a heavy equipment operator, and a demolition expert. He was a Vietnam Vet.

Cliff moved to Bozeman, MT where he worked for Burlington Northern Railroad. He later moved to the Denver, CO area where he was employed in security, loss prevention and maintenance; and was co-manager of Mini-U-storage. He retired Sept, 2009 and moved to Corinne, UT and later to Ogden, UT.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and camping with his family.

Cliff is survived by his wife, Janice; Sons and Daughters, Denise Storts, Thornton, CO; Cliff Ward Jr., Whiteville,TN; Kevin (Sue) Ward of Wiggins, CO; Connie Ward (George Bowles), Ogden,UT; Heather (Matt) Langley, Lebonon,TN; Paul Ward, Ogden, UT; Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren. Also, surviving are Sisters, Delores(Ed) Herrick, Watertown, SD; Ruth (Darrell) Grotjohn, Hayti, SD; Marsha (Ron) Kramer, Elkton, SD; and many Nieces, and Nephews.

He was preceded in death by his Parents, Grandparents, several Brothers and Sisters. Memorial to be held at a later date.

Cremation is under the direction of Aaron's Mortuary and Crematory of Ogden.
