Celebration of Life
Cody Jo Gross
September 5, 1976 to October 20, 2018
It is with great sadness that we mourn the passing of our husband, son, father, nephew and friend. Cody passed away at McKay-Dee Hospital October 30, 2018.
He was born in Ogden, Utah September 5, 1976 to Anna Gross and Larry Arnold Wade. He lived in Ogden, Utah and Las Vegas, Nevada throughout his life.
His smile, laughter, quick- witted jokes and his wise cracks we will hold in our hearts and memories.
Cody had amazing talent as a tattoo artist working in Las Vegas at the Naked City and Ogden at the Rebel Ink. He tattooed half of Ogden and most of his family members. He'd tell you I can do that. He could always make you smile no matter what. To know him was to love him. When he wasn't tattooing, he was working at ABR Sandblasting and Restoration.
He was the proud dad to: Tia Gross, Jon Gross, Justis Gross and Cody Gross; grandpa to his beautiful granddaughters: Nevaeh Gross, Ayvree Garcia, Maliyah Garcia and Annaise Gross.
He married Amber Howe on April 9, 2016 in Las Vegas, Nevada and with her came her children: Angelique Flores, Anthony Flores, and Alonzo Flores. He thought of them as his own.
He is survived by his wife, children and Amber's children; Tia (Jayson), Jon (Karen), Justis Gross and Cody Gross; his mom and dad, Anna and Alan; brother, Steven (Brandy) Beus and neice, Madson Beus; his Aunt, (Ro) Rosemary Ferrin; his step-mother, Debbie Wade, and his sisters: Tangie, Shanna, Reanna and brother, Riley and their spouses; mother-in-law, Bonnie Brown and sister-in-law, Lacy Brown; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his brother, Sam Beus and father, Larry Arnold Wade.
We wish to thank the Ogden EMT and McKay-Dee ICU Unit for their efforts.
He whole-heartedly loved his family and friends. A part of him will always be with us.
LOVE YOU TO THE MOON & BACK!
