Cody Eugene Payne

Cody Eugene Payne passed away August 4, 2013. He was born on June 1, 1976 in Ogden, Utah. Cody was currently employed at Zion's Bank. He had previously worked at Flying J and Browning. He enjoyed archery and had won numerous archery awards. Mountain Biking was his favorite sport; he did love life, the outdoors. He was a brilliant in computer, always up for the challenge, but most of all he loved his kids. We will always remember his sense of humor and gentleness and how he would light up a room with his beautiful smile. He is survived by his parents, Randall Payne and Roxanne Payne; His children, Hailey and Kade; brothers, Shane (Carma) Payne and Travis (Carina) Payne; sister, Merinda Payne; and two grandmothers, Velma Payne and Una East; many aunts, uncles, cousins, and a special nephew, Tristen Black; and the love of his life for thirteen years. He is preceded in death by Larry Kinslow (natural father); his grandfathers, LaVere East and Robert Payne. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cody Payne Memorial Fund at any Goldenwest Credit Union Branch. A viewing and service will be held on Monday evening, August 12, 2013, from 6 to 8 pm, with service at 7 pm at Aaron's Mortuary, 496 24th Street, Ogden, Utah. A viewing will also be held Tuesday morning August 13, 2013 9:45 to 10:45 am with Family Prayer at 11 am at the mortuary.
