Colleen Fay Hughes

Colleen Fay Hughes passed away peacefully on May 18th 2012 in Ogden, UT. She was born October 12th 1942 and later graduated from Ogden High in 1960. She retired from AutoLiv and spent her days growing her garden, flowers and loving her grandchildren. She was a wonderful mother and friend. She is preceded in death by her first husband Clarence Richard Durrant, father of her four children and then her husband David Hughes. She loved fishing, camping, music and dancing the jitterbug. She was very loving and giving. Most recently, she volunteered at the Womens Crisis Center in Ogden. She is survived by her Sisters Connie (Mike) Costley, Cathy Jensen, son Shawn (Andrea) Durrant, son Daniel Durrant (Brandi Wilding) and Daughter Angela Clark (Mike Chaney) 10 Grand Children and 5 great grand children. Proceeded in death by her son Stephen Richard Durrant, parents Clyde and Virginia East, and brother-in-law Terry Jensen. In Lieu of flowers donations will be accepted at the ycc womens crisis center 2261 Adams Ave, Ogden Utah 84401 GravesideServices will be held at Washington Heights Memorial Park @ 4:30 P.M. Wednesday May, 30 2012. Arrangements under the direction of Aarons Mortuary and Crematory of Ogden.
