Connie June Miller Mitton

Connie June Miller Mitton, 79, passed away peacefully   Thursday, November 30, 2017, in South Ogden, Utah. She was born July 29, 1938, to Lynn      G. Miller and Nora Pauline         Engelke in Ogden, Utah.

June graduated from      Weber High School in the    graduating class of 1956. On May 26, 1956, she married Emery Thirkell Mitton Jr.,      in Reno, Nevada. They were    later sealed in the Salt Lake Temple.

She was an active member of The Church of Jesus      Christ of Latter-day Saints.    She served in various callings such as Secretary of the     Sunday School, Primary President, Ward Missionary and           visiting  teacher.  She  was  a  stay  at  home  mom, and later        retired from the IRS.

June was preceded in death by her husband, parents, one brother, and two sisters. She is survived by her four children:   Diane Castile, Brent (Brenda) Mitton, Sharon (Mike) Talbot, and      Debra Lynn; 13 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

 Services will be held at Aaron's Mortuary, 496 24th St,         Ogden, Utah, on Monday, December 4, 2017, at 1 p.m. Interment will be at Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah.
