Dale Lewis Johnson

Dale Lewis Johnson passed away on August 27, 2010 in Ogden. He was born June 13, 1961. He was one of four children born to Janice L. Riddle and Glen L. Johnson.

For the last 11 years, Lewis helped hundreds of people with drug and alcohol addiction - out of the dark and into the light,. He loved all people. "I am truly blessed that I had some notice that my time here in a physical body is drawing to a close, and what an honor it was for me to be able to participate in the mourning process of those that I love and that I know love me. The intent of my life at least in the last 11 years has been about helping others on their journey through this life experience, and it is a joy for me to know that I can do that up until the end."

In lieu of services a Celebration of Life party was held. "I feel this party is not about saying good bye as much as it is a celebration of the gift we have had of being a part of each other's lives." He has kept his sense of humor until the very end and when asked what he wanted written he said "He wasn't feeling well."

He was preceded in death by his Mother and youngest sister, Eileen Johnson.

Dale has left behind his father; two sisters, Diane M. (Cliff Stebner) and Lorrie E. Gifford; two nieces and four nephews and special friends, Dawn and Jason Storey.

Services under the direction of Aaron's Mortuary and Crematory of Ogden.
