Daniel Eric Jenson

March 27, 1989 — December 31, 2017

After battling a prolonged illness, Daniel Eric Jenson passed away December 31, 2017, surrounded by his family. He is survived by his father, Eric Jenson; his mother, Deborah Chantry Jenson; his siblings, Michelle, Jennifer, Mary and her husband Joel Manning, Benjamin, Jared, and Joseph; and numerous other beloved friends and family. His family expresses their gratitude for the amazing staff at Promise Hospital and the incredible care they provided for Daniel, and most importantly for the knowledge that families can be together forever.

Daniel was born in Pomona, California, on March 27, 1989. In 2004 he moved with his family to North Ogden, Utah, where he graduated from Weber High School in 2007. That same year and with the help of his friends, he earned the rank of Eagle Scout for restoring the hand-carved “Welcome to North Ogden” sign on Washington Avenue. For the past several years, he worked at The Home Depot call center, where he was appreciated for his kindness and friendly demeanor. He had a voracious love of life and learning. To the very end of his mortal life, he was always focused on caring for others. Daniel will be greatly missed by everyone whose lives he touched.

A Memorial Service will be held Friday, January 5, 2018 at 10 am at the  LDS Church located at the intersection of 3100 N 575 E, North Ogden, Utah.   Graveside to follow at the Ben Lomond Cemetery, 526 E 2850 N, North Ogden, UT.
