Daniel A Magana

North Ogden,Utah.  Daniel Magana passed away Monday, August 20, 2018 at the age of 82.  Daniel was born April 16, 1936 in Las Piedras, Michoacan, Mexico to Siestos Magana and Feliciana Arteaga.  Later he met the love of his life, Maria Luisa Mendoza Lira; later they were married in Huaniqueo Michoacan.

He later moved to North Ogden, Utah and was able to bring his wife and two kids to North Ogden from Mexico.  They added two more daughters to their family.

Daniel is survived by three daughters and one son:  Patricia Magana Mendoza; Ricardo Magana Mendoza, Donna Magana Mendoza and Nancy (Daniel) Prieto; two granddaughters and one grandson:  Pricilla Vasquez, Alexis Vasquez Magana and Aydrean Daniel Prieto; and many more family that loved him.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Maria Luisa Magana; his parents; three brothers and two sisters.

Funeral Mass will be held Friday, August 24, 2018 at 10 am at St Joseph's Catholic Church, 514 24th St, Ogden, Utah. A viewing will be held Thursday evening, August 23, 2018 from 6 to 8 pm with Rosary at 7 pm at Aaron's Mortuary, 496 24th St, Ogden, Utah.   Interment, Ben Lomond Cemetery.
