Daphney Gemar

Daphney passed away peacefully in her home on May 1, 2009, surrounded by friends and family.

A life-long Ogden resident, Daphney was a tender and loving soul who will be greatly missed by her family and the friends she so effortlessly acquired during her time on this earth.

She is survived by her two beautiful daughters, Danielle Blank (25) and Desirae Wood (19); three lovely grandchildren, Emily (8), Ravin (6), and Dayton (2); and three "emotionally adopted" sons, Jon Allen (25), Ricky Nelsen (25) and Geronimo (cat).

A viewing will be held on Monday, May 4, 2009 at 3:00- 4:00 p.m. at Aaron's Mortuary 16th Washington Blvd. Ogden, UT.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations be made to the Daphney Gemar Memorial Fund at any America First Credit Union.

There will not be an interment as Daphney's wish will be honored to have her remains donated to the University of Utah (Medical Science).

Arrangements are under the direction of Aaron's Mortuary and Crematory.
