Deborah Juanita Libby

Deborah Juanita Libby passed away quietly in her sleep on the 8th of Jan 2013 surrounded by family and friends. Debby was the beloved first child of Charles William Libby Jr. and Frances Juanita Thorn Libby born on 1 August 1952 in Waco, Texas. Debby had downs syndrome and is survived by her sisters Alice James of Harrisville and Dinah Novy of Ogden, her father, cousins all over the world, and over 30 nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by her mother. Services will be held on Monday, January 14, 2013 at 11 am at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints chapel,1029 26th Street, Ogden, Utah with viewing one hour prior. All are welcome to attend but due to family health concerns, absolutely no fragrances of any kind can be worn. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Debby's honor can be made to Bishop Jared Loosli of the Eccles Park Ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to help defray costs.
