Delwin Joe Vance passed away December 22, 2019. He was born in Ogden, Utah to Robert R. Vance (deceased) and Iris Davis.

He retired from IRS in 2018.

He is survived by his mother; sister, Jenny Vance; step-sister, Sherry (Jeff) Chandler; roommate, Corky Allen; nephew, Robert C. Vance and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

A Celebration of Life will held at a later date.
