Dolores B. Andersen

Dolores B. Andersen passed away on Tuesday, May 30th, 2017 at the age of 86 surrounded by her family, at the home of her eldest daughter in North Ogden, Utah.
Dolores was born and raised in Panguitch, Utah. She moved to Delta where she met her beloved husband, Pete. They raised their children, Douglas, Susan, Judy, and Shane in Roy. When her husband retired, they moved to Lima, Montana where they lived for some twenty years before returning to Garland, Utah to be closer to family.

Dolores worked hard as a homemaker and took great pride in being a mother and grandmother. She enjoyed many hobbies such as cooking, gardening and arts and crafts. Her true passion was being an artist, she loved to paint and sketch in her free time. She specialized in watercolor and oil paintings.

After the passing of her husband Pete, whom she was married to for 60 years, in 2014, at the time of his death. She continued to live in their home. She will be greatly missed by her children, grandchildren, siblings, cousins, nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors.

Dolores has chosen to be cremated, after which her and her husband’s ashes will be placed together. A private family service will be held in her honor. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.aaronsmortuary.com
