Dolores Frances Chavez

Dolores Frances Chavez, 63, of Ogden, Utah passed away January 31, 2016 at McKay-Dee Hospital surrounded by her loving family.  She was born July 6, 1953 to Ofelia and Wenslow Chavez.

She is survived by her children, Phyllis (Cornelius) Flores, Janet (Edgar) Contreras and Ofelia Chavez (Frances); her siblings, Jesse Martinez, Cruz (Roberto) Lozano and Epi Chavez; six beloved grandchildren;  five great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins. 

She is preceded in death by her mother and father.

She loved cooking and spending time with her family.

Services will  be held Friday, February 12, 2016  from 6 to 8 pm at Aaron’s Mortuary, 496 24th Street, Ogden, Utah.
