Don C Chatelain

Don C. Chatelain OGDEN-Don C. Chatelain, 89, passed away on Tuesday, December 20, 2011. He was born to Adelbert A. and Gertrude Shaw Chatelain on July 30, 1922 in Ogden, Utah. He lived his entire life in Ogden, Utah. During World War II he served in the U.S. Army in Europe. While in the service Dad married Doris N. Peterson on April 1, 1944, they were later divorced. He spent his working career at the Arsenal, at construction, and his final 25 years as a baker at continental and then Eddy's Bakery. Dad is survived by son Dave (Lydia) Chatelain, daughter Claudia Chatelain; five grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren; and five great-great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and seven brothers and sisters, and one grandson. Per Don's request there will be no services, Cremation will be under the direction Aarons Mortuary & Crematory There will be a celebration of his life at a later date. Thanks to the people at Mountain View and the Gardens, for the care they have to him.
