Dorothy Okeefe Shurtliff

Dorothy M. Shurtliff, age 79, passed away January 16, 2014. She was born October 13, 1934 in Ogden, Utah. The daughter of Henry W. and Laura Murdock Okeefe. Dorothy married Keith L. Clapier in 1953, they later divorced. She married Jack L. Shurtliff in 1971. Both have since passed away. Dorothy is survived by one daughter, Karen (Michael) Brooks, Mt. View, WY; four sons David M. (Pam) Clapier, Willard, UT, Keith B. (Amy) Clapier, Park City, UT, Barton J. Clapier, Roy, UT, and Kurt H. Clapier, Roy, UT; five grandchildren, seven great grandchildren; and two brothers Patrick C. Okeefe, Idaho and Michael Henry OKeefe, Eden UT. Proceeded in death by her parents and two sisters, Janice and Connie. Dorothy's family would like to thank Lotus Park staff of West Haven, Hospice of Utah and a special thanks to Carmen Lee Smith for taking care of Dorothy with love, skill, knowledge, and generosity.
