Eddie Clair Olsen passed away on May 9th 2022 with his children by his side. He was born on September 6th 1958 to Donald H. and Judith Kay Olsen.
Eddie attended Ogden High School and shortly after married Linda Bodily. They had three children Lindsey Rae, Mollie Marie and Donald Blair.
Eddie was a simple man always seeking sunshine. He spent a lifetime in construction, specifically Masonry. On his free time if he wasn’t working in the yard, You could find him with a beer and a pole on the Ogden River or shirtless catching wind on the back of his bike. No matter where though you could guarantee he’d be rocking out to ACDC or Guns n Roses even if the tune was only heard by him.
Eddie is survived by two children, Mollie (Bryan) Browning and Donnie (Monica) Olsen. Two grandchildren, Marissa and Daxton. He leaves behind many friends that loved him dearly.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Donny and Judy. Daughter Lindsey, Wife, Linda. Grandson, Mason Bernell Johnson, and his only nephew Clair Robert Olsen.
We would like to extend a special thanks to Joey Hernandez and Mack Robinson, He loved the two of you like his own and I know he was at peace having you there to send him home with us.
Dad,
We will miss you more than you’d like us to, thankfully you had this habit of leaving a little piece of you on everything you’d touch. We’ll remember you in rock and roll, cheap beer, fishing, Chile verde, the way you’d cover your mouth when you laughed, the list goes on. Give us one last donkey whistle on the way out.
Love you always, Mollie and Donnie.
