Edward Alan Koyen

Beloved son, brother, uncle and friend was taken away from us too soon on July 25, 2013 and has found peace with our Heavenly Father. Alan was born December 16, 1985 at Davis North Hospital; he was raised in Davis County and attended Clearfield High Class of 2003. Alan was employed by Dolan Industries making custom countertops. Alan was an avid jazz fan, a great artist and loved music and his favorite band was I.C.P. Alan is survived by mother and stepfather, Kiyo Koyen and Rick Jones; his father and step-mother, Kenneth and Shannon Koyen; his grandmother, Gail Koyen and sisters, Tonya Smith and Jamie Reid; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncle and cousins; and the love of his life Angela Barrick and his unborn child. He was preceded in death by grandfather, E. Alan Koyen and grandparents, Jim and Mae Harms. Funeral Services to be announced at a later time. Memorial Mass will be held on Monday, August 5, 2013 at 10 am at St Rose of Lima Catholic Church, 210 Chapel St, Layton,UT. Inurnment Syracuse City Cemetery.
