Elizabeth Dolores Archuleta

Elizabeth (Lisa) Madrid - Archuleta 67, of Ogden, Utah, passed away on November 21, 2023, after a courageous battle with cancer.  She departed this world surrounded by the love and comfort of her family.  Born on August 10, 1956, in Ogden, Utah to Dolores Gallegos and Faustino Madrid.  

 

Lisa married Jimmy Archuleta and she had one son Jason.  Later, the marriage ended in a divorce.  

 

She worked at Iomega Manufacturing company for many years, and she later worked at a Head start school in Ogden, Utah.      

 

Lisa is survived by her son, Jason Archuleta (Wendy) Las Vegas, NV; brother, Donnie Nacario, CA;   sister, Lina Hookano (Ezra)  Roy, Utah; sister, Juanita Romero (Pete);  her grandson, Raymond Archuleta of Roy, Utah and her partner of 25 years Fonzi.  Lisa had many cousins from Colorado and California who will miss her dearly.    

 

As we mourn the loss of Lisa, let us also remember the joy and inspiration she brought into our lives.  May her spirit live on in the memories we shared and the love she generously bestowed upon us.  

 

A Mass will be held on Monday, December 4, 2023, at 11 am St. Joseph Catholic Church 514 24^th Street, Ogden, Utah and burial to follow at Myer's Evergreen Memorial Park, 100 N Monroe Blvd, Ogden, Utah.
