Erika Christa Ellis

OGDEN- Erika Christa Ellis passed away on Saturday, December 13, 2008 at her home in Ogden. She was born in Helmstedt, Germany on February 15, 1933 to Martin and Marie Geffers Kochig.

She married Jack Ellis and together had three children

Erika enjoyed volunteering to help with the Annual Hof Festival and enjoyed having dinner parties for all her friends and family. She was a wonderful cook and hostess.

She is survived by her husband Jack, two sons Andreas Boehlendorf and Michael (Lisa) Ellis and one daughter Petra (Kirk) Arendtsen, also survived by four grandchildren; Subrina Villastrigo, Paul Arendtsen, Seth and Alex Ellis and five great-grandchildren Unique and Brianna Villastrigo, Haley Arendtsen, Aspen Smith and Wyatt Hazard, two brothers and one sister.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Cremation is under the direction of Aaron's Mortuary & Crematory.
