Eva Zupan

June 3, 1943 — November 26, 2024

Eva Zupan passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on November 26, 2024, in Ogden, Utah, at the age of 81. Eva was born in Jaegerndorf, Czechoslovakia, on June 3, 1943. She was preceded in death by her parents, Elfrieda and Alois Dreiwurst, and her son, Michael Zupan. Eva married her first husband, Robert Temple, and in 1963 immigrated from Germany to the United States, where she lived in Meridian, Mississippi. They later divorced. She married Terry Zupan in 1970, and they later divorced. Eva worked at the Wasatch County Courthouse as a title researcher for Park City, and later worked for several years as a manager at several 7-11 stores.

Eva enjoyed gardening, reading about history, and spending time with her family. She is survived by brother, Kurt Falkner; her daughters, Belinda Morris and Maria Kinmont (Rob); her grandchildren, Kelsy Thompson, Alex Piaget, T. K. Morris, Cassandra Frederick, Andre Morris, and Alexander Morris; and her great-granddaughters Amelia Frederick and Nora Thompson-Holmes.

Eva will be laid to rest in a private funeral service. Her family would like to express their gratitude to her primary care physician, Dr. Sharman Sutherland, who cared for her for over 25 years; the McKay Dee Hospital physicians Dr. Ludwig, Dr. McEntire, Dr. Okelberry, Dr. Kemp, Dr. Mohlman, Dr. Brunson, and the staff at Inspiration Hospice, particularly Dr. Justin Mansfield, her nurse Taylor, her CNA Karlee, and her pastor Joanie. We will be forever grateful for the extraordinary care and compassion provided to our mother.
