Fernanda M. Gutierrez

Fernanda M. Gutierrez, 88, passed away Friday, September 15, 2017 in Ogden, UT. She was born on October 22, 1928 in Floresville, TX. to Pedro Gonzales and Agustina Montalbo (Rosas).

Fernanda was married to Severiano Gutierrez on September 25, 1945. She was affiliated to the Catholic Church and had a great passion for baking and making tortillas.

She is survived by her daughter Sylvia Escobedo; her sons Jesse Gutierrez, Severiano Gutierrez Jr., Daniel Salinas Jr., her brother Willy Salinas, twenty-one grandchildren and many Great Grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her son, Daniel L. Gutierrez; her parents, one brother and one sister.

Funeral Mass will be held Friday, September 22, 2017 at 10:00 am at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 514 24th St. Ogden, UT.  A viewing will be held Thursday evening, September 21, 2017 from 6 to 8 pm at Aaron's Mortuary, 496 24th St. Ogden UT.
