Frances Baldwin Potter

Frances "Francie" Baldwin Potter December 26, 1943 - July 6, 2012 LAYTON- Francie lived her life like a lion; she left it quietly like a lamb on July 6, 2012. Francie was truly one of a kind, and she will be remembered by many as a restless spirit, mother, father, teacher and good friend. Francie's life was filled with many adventures from which she gained experience and much wisdom. After graduating with a bachelor's degree from Weber State University, she found her calling. She put all of her experience and wisdom to work counseling students at Clearfield Job Corps for 25 years. She is survived by siblings LaWanna (Bob) Shurtliff, Verlyn (Jacque) Miles, Parley (Cathy) Baldwin, Barbara (Joe) Schwab, three daughters, one favored Son-in-law, and the countless students that she influenced over the years.
