Francisco Eduardo Navarro

Francisco Eduardo Navarro passed away March 8, 2014. He was born on July 9, 1971 to Celia Navarro Villegas in Ogden, Utah. He was the oldest of seven.  He was married to Lorraine Salazar on April 9, 2004 until the time of his death.

Frank had numerous interests, he was a lifelong fan of the 49ers and also enjoyed cooking. Family was important to Frank, his greatest joys were holidays and various family gatherings.  He especially enjoyed his five grandchildren.  He was gentle, kind, funny and very compassionate. Those who came into contact with Frank loved him as he will be dearly missed. He is survived by his father, Hector Villegas; his wife; three children, Felicia Navarro, Angelica (Chad) Garcia, Antonio Tamez; five grandchildren; as well as three brothers and three sisters, Ricardo Navarro, Jose Villegas, Jesse (Mary) Villegas, Albina Villegas, Alicia (Chris) Cruz, and Christina Villegas.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Celia E. Villegas and his grandmother, San Juana Navarro.

A Memorial Service will be held Friday, March 14, 2014, at 1 pm at Aaron's Mortuary, 496 24th Street, Ogden, Utah.
