Gary Howard Braden

Gary Howard Braden, 71, passed away peacefully at home Sunday, February 22, 2015. Gary was born November 17, 1943, in Rock Springs, WY, the son of Howard and Phyllis (Stoll) Braden.
Gary graduated from Bonneville High School, class of 1962, and after proudly serving in the U.S. Air Force lived the rest of his life in Roy, UT. In 2000 Gary retired from Hill AFB after over 30 years of federal government service. In retirement he enjoyed traveling, golf, and anything/everything Jimmy Buffet.
He is survived by sons, Travis (Lora) Braden of Washington Terrace, UT and Ryan (Stacy) Braden Kansas City, MO; one granddaughter; six grandsons; and three brothers,Randall Braden of Washington D.C., Ronald Craig Braden of Green River, WY and Casey Braden of Brigham City, UT).
He is preceded in death by the love of his life, Fern Diane (Ledbetter) Braden and both parents.
A service will be held Saturday February 28 2015 at 11AM at the Roy LDS 4th/5th building at 5301 S. 2100 W. Roy, UT. Service will be under the direction of the Roy 13th Ward with a viewing one hour prior. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
