Geraldine Lenhardt Olsen

Our dear mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Geraldine Lenhardt Olsen, passed away peacefully at home on September 16, 2015 at the age of 85.

 She had a larger than life character and won the hearts of many friends with her great sense of humor.  Her heart was even bigger than her personality as she could never let anyone go without something they needed, no matter how big or small.  She enjoyed traveling, telling stories and jokes (idioms), gambling with her friends and husband in Wendover and Las Vegas, singing, watching classic movies and most of all her family.

 She was married to her dear husband "Billy" for 58 years until he died in 2005. Her sons Brian and Danny and grandsons Michael and Brandon also preceded her in death.

 She is survived by her son, Ed Olsen; daughter-in-law, Becky (Danny); 14 grandchildren and 27 great- grandchildren.  

A gathering will be held on Sunday, September 27, 2015  from 3-6 pm at the home of her granddaughter, Stacey Olsen to celebrate her life.
