Glenn (Butch) H Deighton

Glenn (Butch) H. Deighton Jr. was born August 23, 1947 to Glenn H. Deighton Sr. and Geraldine G. Krotser in PA.  He passed away peacefully July 6, 2016 in Ogden, UT surrounded by his loving children, grandchildren and many friends at the age of 69.

He graduated M.S. Hershey Jr-Sr High School in 1965 with certification in Machine Shop.  He was enlisted into the US Army from 1968-1970.

Glenn is survived by his sister, Judith (Tom) Oxenford, PA; niece; Lucy (Tony) Kepp, PA; nephew, Gib Morrissey, PA; daughters, Lorrie (Randy) Palmer, UT; Krista (Chris) Hill, UT; Rashell Deighton, UT; sons; Jeremy Deighton, UT; Chris (Cameo) Deighton, UT; and Anthony Deighton, CO. 

He was preceded in death by both his parents of Layton, UT. Butch is also survived by his nine grandchildren and four and a half great-grandchildren -  Not to mention all these kids you've adopted along your life journey, who will have the best guardian angel ever. 

A private celebration of life for close family and friends will be held July 16, 2016.  Location to be posted via Social Media.
