Grant passed away at home after long battle with health issues.  Grant was born to Willis L. Presnell and Julia M. Soderberg Presnell, in Ogden, Utah.

He attended school in Ogden, graduating from Ben Lomond High School.

He was forced to take a medical retirement from Amcor after 31 years.  Grant married June Bybee in Nov 1959. He was father to Michael Scott Presnell and Kathy Lynne Presnell, grandfather of Cassie and Travis Presnell, and great- grandfather to Michael Bailey Presnell and Kaden Daniel Martinez.

He is survived by his wife June, daughter Kathy, grandchildren Cassie, Travis,  Bailey and Kaden , DJ Martinez, Cheryl Presnell and her children  Hope, JJ, JR, and grandchildren Conner, Jaycee, and Braden. Brothers  David (Pat) , Daniel (Liz) , and sister Lois; and many nieces and nephews.

Grant was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents brother Gary and son Michael Scott Presnell.

Grant enjoyed snowmobiling and boating for many years until he was forced to quit . He served as a officer in the Golden Spike Snowmobile club. He loved his special pet Muffy.

Thanks to his brother Daniel for the kidney that afforded Grant many years of normal life that he probably would not have had. Thanks to Dr. Harry Senekjian for Grants care.  Thanks to IHC Hospice and  Russell.

Graveside Service  will be held Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at 11 am at Uintah Cemetery 1500 E & 6600 S, Uintah, Utah  84405.
