Holly Leah Vanlaan

Holly was born on October 26, 1978, in Indianapolis, Indiana to her wonderful parents Craig Vanlaan and Donna Irish. Holly was the middle child of three. As a small child she grew up around Utah. She loved swimming and roller skating. Holly went to North Davis Jr High School and Clearfield High School.

She was always up for an adventure whether it was a road trip, shopping or just hanging out with family and friends. She loved movies and anything spooky and Halloween related. One of her favorite movies was Nightmare Before Christmas. She also loved tattoos; she had skulls, butterflies, roses and many more.

Holly will be deeply missed by all who loved her. She was a very caring and sweet person. She was an amazing mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend.

She is survived by her children: Shelley, Kayla, and Dillin; her grandson, Cobalt; her mother, Donna Irish; and sister, Heather Campbell. She was preceded in death by her father, Craig Vanlaan and brother, Anthony Irish.

Holly passed away at the age of 46 on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, very unexpectedly from a Pulmonary Thromboembolism, which is a condition in which one or more arteries in the lungs become blocked by blood clots.

Memorial Service will be held on February 15, 2025, from 12 to 2 p.m. at Westwood Village Clubhouse, 1111 N 2000 W Farr West, Utah 84404.
