James Leslie Shaw

James Leslie Shaw passed away March 21, 2018 in Eden Utah.  He was born February 1, 1944 in Kalamazoo, Michigan to Fred Charles and Elizabeth Rose Hiedeman Shaw.  

James joined the  Unites States Air Force in 1967, served  in the Vietnam War and retired with after 30 years active duty in 1992.

 He  married Isabel Maria Gomez-Chamarrow and together they had three children. .

He enjoyed traveling, swimming, basketball  and football games, and going out to eat with his daughter, Jenny and his grandchildren.

He is survived  by his daughter, Jennifer Savage; sons, James Shaw and Joshua Shaw; grandchildren, Kortny Savage and Aubry Savage; brother, Michael Shaw and sister, Maralyn Shaw.  

A Viewing will be held Tuesday evening, March 27, 2018 from 6 to 8 pm at Aaron's Mortuary, 496 24th St, Ogden, Utah.  Graveside Services will be held on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at 11 am at the Utah Veteran's Memorial Park, Bluffdale, Utah.
