James White, 51, passed away on May 14, 2024, in Clinton, Utah. He was the partner of Josie Grass. They had twelve wonderful years together.
James was born in Ogden, Utah on August 2, 1972. He was the son of Conrad Franklin White and Elizabeth Kent White. He was raised in Riverdale where he made long lasting friendships and many great memories. He spent many years in the car business fixing, selling, and detailing them. Later, he started driving truck and went on to get his CDL driving a western region route.
Jimmy loved all things outdoors especially with friends and family. Camping and fishing were at the top of his list. He loved taking care of the lawn and also having a great garden. He loved to cook. Watching everyone enjoy his meals is what truly made him happy.
Jim was quite the character. He was always laughing, joking, and making friends wherever he went. He was a wonderful dad always encouraging, standing up, and cheering them on always.
He will be greatly missed by all.
He is survived by his partner, Josie; his children, Serena White (Rain as he called her), Logan Grass and Nathan Grass; sisters: Delpha (Jim) Taylor, Verlene (Steve) Weese, Joann Marriott, Missy (Chad) Wallwork and many nieces and nephews. We also cannot forget his loyal dogs, Gizmo and Lulu. He is preceded in death by his parents, sister Lori and niece Brittanie.
His family is planning a Celebration of Life to be held at a later date.
