Jamie Quinn Rothey Fowers

July 15, 1976 — October 31, 2013

On Oct. 31, 2013, Jamie Rothey-Fowers, met the sadness that took her life; she came into this world on July 15, 1976. It was a place that was foreign to her free spirit, and "Nomadic" way of life. She was constantly looking for the pretty picture. She was a bright light and golden seal in the sun. On Jun 2, 1995 she gave birth to a beautiful baby girl, Mackenzie Nicole Rothey. Mackenzie brought Jamie's sprit for life, and wonder into this world. Kenzie, combined, with her own quest for life with the "Sparkle" she was gifted from Jamie. Jamie lived every day, as though it was her last. She left her mark and gave her heart fully. Staring at the night, wishing you could feel the warm sun. You're in our dreams, of flying with the loved one. Now in heaven, but never forsaken, and always forgiven. We shall keep your soul close and not forget.

Jamie loved to cook and was very good at it. No one left hungry when Jamie was in Charge of the kitchen. She loved the outdoors. Camping, hiking, and was a gifted swimmer and diver. Jamie was a member of the 1st Presbyterian Church of Ogden.

Jamie was born to James M Rothey and Joan Beth Arbing Rothey.

Jamie is survived by her Father James Rothey, Stepmother Heather Rothey, Daughter Mackenzie Rothey, Sister Brooke (Chris) Wacker, Step brothers John and Max McGibbon, Grandmother Claudette Fordyce, Aunts/Uncles Susan (Jerry) Ellis, Patty Heart, Michelle Norman, Ken Rothey, Jill (Andy) Kruitbosch, Shannon (Mike) Carter, Sherry (Danny) Dawson, Aunt Jane, Julie and Beeper and Uncle John. She was preceded in death by her Mother Joan, Her Stepfather Wayne Hall, Stepbrother Dylan, Grandparents June and Vearl Hall of Ok., and John Quinn of Las Vegas, Nev.
