Jeffery Dale Johnson

July 18, 1958 — July 3, 2015

Jeffery Dale Johnson  passed away July 3, 2015 at home.  He was born July 18, 1958 to Dale Ira and Gloria Ann Luckey Johnson in Salt Lake City, Utah.
He married Claudia Smart Johnson January 1, 2002.
Jeff was a member of the LDS Church and was Substance Abuse Coordinator.  He also was  active in  A.B.A.T.E.  
He  enjoyed  motorcycles, music, skiing and hunting and fishing.  
Jeff graduated from South Park Academy College; OWATC, Applied Master Welder.  He was founder of Willard Smarts HD Parts & Sales, V-Twin Sales rep; agent, International Armoring Corp;  Sundowner Motor cycle Club, master restorer.
He is survived by his wife; daughters, Stormey Barney and Shelah Williams; son, Richard Steven Johnson; grandchildren, Brody Sandoval, Kaitee Sandoval, Richard Steven Johnson, Jr. and Lucas Max Johnson.  He is also survived by three sisters,  Jacqueline Burns, Christina Johnson, Sharon Johnson.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
The family would like to thank  President Ralph and Wendy Ellis, Bishop Kim and Audrey Tibbetts, Kevin (Fred) Fredrickson, James (Hillbilly) Hall, David and Joan  Hadley, David and Ruth Stevenson, Ken and Shanda Richey, Kathy Blaisdell, Chico Merelez, Rick Hunter, Chris Jenkins, Brent Harrison, Josh and Michelle Mullis, John and Linda Flynn, Russell Stevens, Walter and Jane Winters, James and Judy Bowcut, Steven and Joy Marker, David ands Alice Smith, Mike and Shelly Paulo and to all brothers and sisters from the LDS Church and the Sundowners Motorcycle Club.
A Memorial  Service will be held on Saturday, July 18, 2015 at 1 pm  at the LDS Church located at 1080 Custer Ave, Ogden, Utah.
