Jeri Lynn Harms, 64, born April 17, 1957, to James Leroy Harms and Mae L. Harms, our beloved, Mother, Grandmother, Aunt and Friend passed away April 12, 2021. On August 21, 1982 Jeri married the love of her life, Randy Van Velzer, but years later they divorced.
Jeri enjoyed bowling, sewing and being a Grandmother. She was a member of the LDS Church.
Surviving are her Children: James Leroy Harms, Randa Van Velzer and Maegan Valdez (Jerry); Grandchildren : Leland Leroy Van Velzer (14), Exzavier James Babington (12), Chasity LaRue Babington (11), Zaxten Christopher Van Velzer (9), Kyle Charles Butterfield (6 months); Sister, Kiyo Jean Koyen; many nieces and nephews and a long time dear friend, LeAnn Price. Mom is now back with her parents, big sister Carla and nephew Alan more than likely playing a game of skip-boy watching over us. All I hear Mom saying “Now look at all them babies, Stop Crying – Start Partying.”
Services will be Friday, April 23, 2021 from 1 to 1:45 pm at Aaron’s Mortuary, 496 24th Street, Ogden, Utah 84401 followed by Graveside Services at 2 pm at Lindquist Memorial Gardens of the Wasatch, 1718 Combe Road, Ogden, Utah.
