Jerry Enard Thedell

Jerry Enard Thedell, 80, of  West Haven, Utah, passed away on October 24, 2015 at home surrounded by his loving, devoted wife Carol and his sons.

He was born to Enard and Mary Thedell, on December 5, 1934. Jerry's siblings, Joyce, Sharon, and a brother that was still born.

Jerry met Carol Andreoli in West Ogden, Utah.  It was love at first sight. Jerry and Carol shared 63 years together. They had four children. Kenneth (Pat) Thedell of Roy, Utah;. Donald (Jean) Thedell of Richmond, Utah; Sheryl Thedell and Jerry Jr. Thedell of West Haven, Utah.

Jerry and Carol have 6 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Jerry worked hard, and had a excellent work ethic his whole life, at Swifts and Co. for 18 year. He retired from Roy High school after 18 years as a custodian.

Jerry was an avid goose hunter and fisherman. His favorite place to hunt was Locomotive Springs - with his sons tagging along; later with his grandsons following in his footsteps.

Jerry was honest with his dealings with others.

He is preceded in death by his parents, brother, sister Joyce.

A viewing will be held Tuesday evening, October 27, 2015 from 6 to 8 pm at Aaron’s Mortuary, 496 24th Street, Ogden, Utah.  Graveside services will be held Wednesday at 11 am at the West Haven Cemetery,1525 S 2350 W, West Haven, Utah.
