Jesse G Gutierrez

Jesse G. Gutierrez, 74, passed away peacefully in the comfort of his own home surrounded by loved ones on Sunday, November 17, 2024.

He was born in Texas to Severiano Gutierrez and Fernanda Gutierrez and he grew up living in Ogden, Utah.

Jesse has been dedicated to construction working for over 25 years at SEI (Stacey Enterprises Inc.). He had a love of fixing things and building.

In his early years, he was a licensed minister and enjoyed sharing the bible with others.

Jesse is survived by his sister, Sylvia Escobedo; brother, Daniel Salinas, Jr.; his children: Edward Gutierrez of Colorado, Linda Bratcher of Colorado, Jesse Julian Gutierrez of Colorado, Michele O’Keefe-Vargas of Colorado, Chancy Gutierrez Gonzalez of Utah, Atayvia Gutierrez of Colorado, Angelina Perez-Luna of Utah and Jessica Gutierrez of Utah; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held on Monday, November 25, 2024, at 10 a.m. at Ogden City Cemetery, 1875 Monroe Blvd. A luncheon will follow at 12 p.m. at Lindquist’s Community Center, 3434 Washington Blvd, Ogden.
