Jody Robison McGinnis, loving wife, mother, daughter, and friend, passed away March 15, 2015 at her home. Returning to her Heavenly Father.
Jody was born November 26, 1960 in Ogden, Utah, the daughter of Kenneth C. Robison (deceased) and Barbara Tarran Robison.
Jody grew up in Morgan, Utah, graduating from Morgan High School in 1978, she resided in
Ogden, Utah; Charleston, South Carolina; spending the last 20 years in San Diego, California . She retired as a civil service employee in San Diego.
She married Mike McGinnis September 5, 1986. The marriage was solemnized in the San Diego LDS Temple September 5, 2003.
Jody loved spending time with her family; she loved her boys!
Her hobbies included scrapbooking, shopping, decorating her home, cooking, gardening, and collecting Beanie babies.
She is survived by her husband of 28 years, Mike McGinnis; sons, Eric (Joyce) and Nick; and faithful companion, her pug, Bob; brothers and sisters, Julie Bourne, Lynette (Bret) Howard, Bruce (Jenni) Robison and Paula (Randy) Bingham; and several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
A Memorial Service will be held Monday, March 23, 2015 at 11 am. Ogden 6th Ward, 770 E 2100 N, North Ogden
Her final resting place will be in San Diego, California.
