John Jensen

John Jensen died on August 04, 2012 at the Ogden Regional Medical Center. He was born on May 8, 1926 in Brigham City, Utah to Ervin H. and Myrtle Jacobson Jensen. He married Arlene Slade and later divorced. He married Dolores Norman; she died in 1998. He is survived by his children, Jolene (Robert) Norman, Johnny (Kathy) Jensen, Brian (Linda) Jensen, Cindy (Mike) Barnes. He is also survived by his brother, Bob Jensen. He had 12 Grandchildren and 8 Great-Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; three sisters, Myrtle Marguerite Buckley, Fay Pamela Laney, Nina Syddall; and two brothers, Wynn Jensen, Ervin H Jensen. He was a Truck Driver retiring from Miller's Blue Ribbon Beef. John enjoyed coin collecting, western movies, western history, performing yard care and repairs for neighbors until recent years, and tinkering in his workshop. The family would like to give our appreciation to Dad's neighbors for watching over him in his later years as well as Advocate Hospice. Per Dad's request there will be no services.
