Our beloved son, Jonathan Andrew McBride, passed away unexpectedly on March 11, 2024, in Vernal. He was born in Salt Lake City on December 29, 1995, and lived his life in Ogden.
At the young age of 28, Jonathan lived his life to the fullest. You could always find him outside playing around or hanging out with his friends. He was kind, generous, funny, but most of all, he had a big heart. He loved spending his time playing video games with his friends. He enjoyed eating a variety of food but would always come home for a plate of mom’s spaghetti. He would always help people when they needed it and loved all his pets.
In his short life, he attended Bonneville High, the ATC, and Weber State, and graduated in 2014. He was so full of happiness and love that he tried to make everyone around him laugh.
Jonathan is survived by his mother, Syndi Montoya; his father, Sam McBride; his twin sister, Megan McBride; his fiancée, Karis Hill; grandparents: Murph Montoya, Lita & Stephen Wright, Lynda (John) Zabawa; and many cousins, aunts, and uncles. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Alexandria, and another taken too soon.
He was taken from us too early, but we will have him home forever on March 19, 2024.
We will be having a Celebration of Life on March 30, 2024, at Uintah City Park, 2105 East 6550 South.
