Jose Louis Anaya

Layton - Jose at age 69, passed away of natural causes on Thursday, November 22, 2012, in the Logan Regional Hospital. He was born September 23, 1943 In Hildago County, Texas, to Valdemar and Oliva Rutledge Anaya. He married Anita Louise Kendell in the Ogden LDS temple.

Jose was a member of the LDS church in the Oak Hills Ward located in Layton, Utah. He retired after working at Hill Air Force base for 30 years. He was a family man; he took care of his wife and kids with passion.

In his youth, he loved to fish, hunt and watch football (especially if the Dallas Cowboys were playing).

He survived by his loving wife Anita; children, Eric, Joe, and Adrena; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild; siblings, Daisy and Valerie.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Dale and son, Kenneth. In lieu of flowers please send donations to the Joe L,Anaya estate at any US Bank branch.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, December 4, 2012 at 10:00 am in the LDS Chapel located at 1410 East Gentile Street, Layton, Utah. Inurnment Lindquist Memorial Park at Layton, 1867 N. Fairfield, Layton, Utah.
