Jose Jesus Galindo, 86, was born August 7, 1926 in Lagos de Moreno Jalisco Mexico to Felix Galindo and Dolores Tabarez. He married Rose Romero Galindo on August 26, 1950; their 50th Anniversary was blessed at St Mary's in 1987. Together they had 8 children: Rosalie Valenzuela, Patrick Arthur Galindo, Linda Dee Trujillo (Joe), Raul L. Galindo (Teresa),Felix A. Galindo, Jesus Jr Galindo (Lisa), Genevive Galindo (Eddie Archuletta), Andrea Pena Anthony. He worked for the Pacific Fruit Express from 1953-1971, then the Union Pacific Railroad from which he retired in 1984. His hobbies included playing his guitar, working in his garden;, he played baseball as a young man and was an avid watcher of "the wrestles." He built two homes; one in Idaho, then one in Utah. He also was a musician. He has 23 grandchildren, 47 great-grandchildren and 29 great-great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his daughter Rosalie, his sons Arthur and Felix, his grandchildren Martin R. Galindo, Lynnie Galindo and his great-grandchildren Andrew, Dominique, Julius and Elias. Jesus was a member of St Josephs Catholic Church. His marriage to Rose was blessed at St Mary's on their 50th Wedding Anniversary in 1987. Funeral Mass will be held Friday, June 27, 2014, at 10 am at St Joseph's Catholic Church, 514 24th St, Ogden, Utah. A viewing will be held Thursday evening, June 26, 2014 from 6 to 8 pm, with Holy Rosary at 7 pm,at Aaron's Mortuary, 496 24th St, Ogden, Utah.
